(REIMW) will be November 30, 2016, at 7:30 p.m.
Spring, MD 20901.
Our meeting this month will feature Michele Taylor, Keller Williams Gateway serving Baltimore and upper Maryland counties of Hartford, Cecil, etc. We always get questions about good vs. bad sections of Baltimore and Baltimore County, where the gentrification is taking place, safe areas to buy, etc. and where would we find tenants if we bought there. There are also upstate areas that are very reasonable regarding housing costs where you can get cash flow and pay off the properties fast. Michele will cover these topics and answer your questions about these areas plus telling us about investing in Pennsylvania - not the bargain everyone thinks it is because of taxes. Plus, I will share a horror story about certified checks and voiding them. So come and learn, network and enjoy talking to other investors over Barbara's wonderful refreshment trays!
See you at 7:30 PM at the Margaret Schweinhaut Sr. Citizen Center, as usual. Bring an investor buddy and meet others who might be interested in funding your deal or becoming your partner. See you there!
The meeting will be Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 7:30 PM in the Margaret Schweinhaut Sr. Citizen Center, 1000 Forest Glen Road, Silver Spring, MD. First time guests are $10, and the year's dues are probably prorated by this time.
See you Wednesday at 7:30 PM!! Jan
