(REIMW) will be January 25, 2017, at 7:30 p.m.
Spring, MD 20901.
2016 was a dynamic year for tax law as new tax bills are introduced while others expire. These changes will significantly impact self-employed individuals, such as real estate agents and real estate investors. Linda will introduce how this affects income from investment properties and what to do in order to prepare for the upcoming changes. Wondering how to maneuver your investments in this new tax landscape? Curious as to what business entity will keep you the safest in a turbulent market? Then you won't want to miss this seminar.
Linda de Marlor began her tax career just a few short decades ago and has quickly risen to the top in the DC region and worldwide as the President of Tax-Masters. With over 2,000 clients in over 30 countries it’s no wonder Linda has been called on by such media outlets as C-SPAN, CNN, NPR, SiriusXM and WMAL to answer questions and give tax advice. Ms. de Marlor is also the key speaker for GCAAR, MAR and a number of other professional organizations when it comes to tax accounting.
Linda specializes in taxes for realtors, doctors, TV personalities, members of congress and self-employed professionals. She is also the perfect match for foreign clients since she speaks four languages and does tax returns in six. During her time as President, Linda has grown the company to include a staff of twelve specialists, including CPAs, EAs, attorneys and financial planners.
If Linda is not in the office you can find her traveling to exotic countries or as close as the Renaissance Faire in Maryland (she’s the pirate). Linda also enjoys playing Trivial Pursuit. Her team won the MD State Championship of Final Score Trivia last year.
